TIREX 2022: A Place for Student Creativity in the Field of Arts and Culture

The International Relations Student Association of Udayana University (HIMAHI UNUD) organized The International Relations Exhibition 2022 (TIREX), an art and cultural event aimed at providing a platform for student creativity and expression. The event took place over approximately two weeks, from August 27 to September 11, 2022.

The series of activities began with online training sessions that provided participants with fundamental knowledge and skills in various competition categories, including singing, dancing, photography, and painting. These sessions were designed to enhance participants’ technical abilities and prepare them to showcase their best work.

The highlight of TIREX 2022 was held offline through an art exhibition and awarding ceremony. The event took place at Dharma Negara Alaya (DNA Art & Creative Hub) and Ksirarnawa Art Center, serving as venues to showcase and appreciate students’ creative works.

Carrying the theme “Human,” TIREX 2022 was inspired by Manusia by Tulus, which reflects how individuals express their life experiences through artistic creations. The theme encouraged participants to explore personal reflections, emotions, and values through various artistic mediums.

Organized by the Arts, Sports, and Culture Division of HIMAHI UNUD, the event aimed to develop students’ creativity and explore their artistic potential. Furthermore, TIREX 2022 is expected to inspire and motivate young generations to continue creating and contributing to the arts and cultural sector.

Through this initiative, HIMAHI Udayana seeks to provide an inclusive platform for artistic expression while reinforcing the role of art as a medium for communication and reflection in social life.
