HI Visit HIMAHI UPNVJ with HIMAHI UDAYANA

The International Relations Student Association (HIMAHI) of Udayana University, in collaboration with the International Relations Student Association of UPN Veteran Jawa Timur, conducted the HI Visit 2022 program as a platform to strengthen institutional relations among International Relations students. The event was held virtually via Zoom Meeting.

The event began with an introduction session from both student associations, including presentations on their organizational structures and divisions. Each division then presented its respective work programs as part of an exchange of organizational knowledge and experiences.

In addition to the formal sessions, the activity was interspersed with ice-breaking activities, creating an engaging and interactive atmosphere. Despite its relaxed format, the event maintained its core purpose as a productive discussion forum for exchanging ideas and building connections.

Throughout the approximately two-hour event, both organizations highlighted differences in their organizational structures, division systems, and program implementations. For instance, divisions within HIMAHI UPN Veteran Jawa Timur consist of a head and members, whereas HIMAHI Udayana includes an additional vice position in each division. In terms of membership, HIMAHI Udayana also has a relatively larger number of members in each division compared to its counterpart.

Through division-based sharing sessions, it became evident that both organizations possess their own strengths and areas for improvement. These differences served as valuable insights, offering new perspectives and inspiration for organizational development.

The HI Visit program is expected to serve as a sustainable platform for International Relations students to expand networks, exchange knowledge, and foster stronger inter-institutional collaboration in the future.
